Kyle McCreight joined MNM Partners, LLC as an Asset Manager in 2022 and became its Business Development Director in 2023. In 2026, he joined the firm’s partnership and continues to lead its business development efforts to raise capital and uncover new acquisition opportunities.

He received his B.A. from Columbia University in 2018 with a Major in International Politics through the School of International and Public Affairs and a Concentration in Business Management through the Columbia Business School.

While previously working in the technology space with 2 pre-IPO companies that have since gone public, including achieving President’s Club honors as the youngest Account Executive company-wide at then private CrowdStrike (CRWD), Kyle developed a passion for real estate while rehabbing and turning student housing buildings during this time. He left the technology business in 2021 to pursue real estate syndication and private equity full-time with expertise in office and multifamily investing.
