Jeany Stein is an investor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She is a member of the Stein Family Office, which focuses on investments in artificial intelligence, deep technology, health, and longevity. Through the family office, she also serves as a limited partner, board member, and mentor to several leading venture capital and private equity funds, as well as innovative companies driving frontier technologies.

Jeany has successfully founded and scaled multiple companies, including Design Universe, a pioneer in machine learning for form recognition; Pano AI, an interactive knowledge-based platform that connects people with AI-powered virtual expertise; and Pano Ventures, which supports global startups in technology adoption and scalability.

She is also the founder and chairwoman of Select2gether, and established the MEI Foundation (Mentor – Empower – Impact) to support rising innovators and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and abroad.

Earlier in her career, Jeany was a researcher and scientist, contributing to more than 25 publications and patents in computer graphics, artificial intelligence, and human–machine interaction. She has delivered invited talks at Stanford, MIT, Caltech, and Berkeley.

Jeany holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, in addition to Executive Education from Stanford University. She is passionate about AI, longevity, unicorns, and empowering leadership.
