Ethan is a Member of Technical Staff on the Applied AI team at Anthropic, an AI research lab focused on building safe, steerable AI systems. Prior to joining Anthropic, Ethan was a cofounder of an AI-native legal-tech startup. Most of his career has been spent in and around tech-enabled startups. At Anthropic, he works with customers of all shapes and sizes, from early-stage startups pushing the frontier to Fortune 100 tech companies, helping them navigate and integrate AI into their products.
