Erika Cramer

Erika M. Cramer is a family office investor, venture capitalist, and board director with more than

25 years of experience in investment banking, private markets, and strategic advisory. She has

advised on over 55 transactions and co-founded an investment banking firm acquired by

Raymond James Financial.

Today, Erika focuses on emerging technologies and philanthropy through her family office and

venture capital activities. She manages a venture fund portfolio of female founded tech

companies. She serves on the Board and Investment Committee of the WVU Foundation,

overseeing more than $3 billion in investable assets.

Based in CA with NY roots, she and her husband are passionate about solutions focused on

autism, mental health and individuals with intellectual disabilities.
